Scorpion Bowl

What You Need:

  • 1 cup ice (5–6 average ice cubes)
  • 1 cup cubed pineapple
  • 1 cubed mango
  • 8 oz aged rum
  • 2 oz brandy
  • 3 oz orgeat syrup
  • 6 oz orange juice (fresh)
  • 1 1/2 oz lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1 1/2 oz 151-proof rum
  • Garnish: citrus slices

What to Do:

  1. Add the ice, pineapple and mango to a blender. Pulse to chop up the mix.
  2. Add the rum, brandy, orgeat syrup, orange juice and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a scorpion bowl, pour the blended mixture over large pieces of ice.
  4. Fill the reservoir in the middle of the bowl with 151-proof rum. Add fruit garnishes. Using a long lighter, light the rum on fire.
  5. Extinguish the flame and add four long straws. Serve and enjoy!
